The facilities of the partner companies are divided into two main locations: at the Thassos quarry for extraction, and at factories in the Industrial Zones of Kavala & Drama for cutting, processing, storage, and distribution.
From extraction in Thassos, transport to Kavala and processing, up to the dispatch of the final product, MarbloCo’s facilities ensure top quality, with modern production and storage techniques.

In 1980, one person dared to turn his vision into reality.
Georgios Tsibourlas gave substance to his love for Thassos’s foremost mineral wealth—its white marble.
From the very first steps he showcased its value, organizing Sculpture Symposia on the island of Thassos with world-renowned sculptors; he collaborated with artists, local and foreign, whose works were sold and are hosted in galleries across Europe, America, and Asia.
With strong foundations, a holistic philosophy, and an acute awareness of the material’s identity, nature, and multifaceted uses, the company matured primarily in exports as well as in construction—where marble products were used both in Greece and abroad over the last 25 years.
The foundation of Georgios Tsibourlas’s vision was the timeless bond between the people of the region and the pure-white marble—a bond that elevated the place and tied its people not only to their land, but to the world at large. Upon this foundation were added all those defining qualities that arose from the same man’s dedication and devotion to the vision’s evolution.
